As we strive for social justice and community empowerment, it's time to recognize the vital role that elders in People of Color(POC) communities play in driving positive change.

By centering elder wisdom, we can:

Empowering elders, empowering communities; to unlock the full potential of elder wisdom, we must create spaces for elder to lead share their knowledge and drive community initiatives.. This requires intergenerational collaboration and mentorship, providing resources and support for elder -led projects. Addressing ageism and intersectionality and culture sensitivity and inclusivity.

The wisdom Keepers among us hold the power to transform our communities, by organizing and empowering elders in POC communities, we can tap into their wealth of knowledge, experience and leadership. Let us recognize the value of elder wisdom and work together to create a bright future for all.
